Papier mache artist in her home and studio

Teena Flanner papiermache

I have loved papier mache, glitter, and creating artwork since I was the littlest girl. All things papery still hold a fascination for me and really cannot be separated from my life. To support my family it was necessary to become an entrepenuer  and that has shaped my life and my family's life. Rarely am I completely free from a smudge of papier mache or a dab of paint, it doesn't bother me in the least. I have continual ideas and dreams and I don't really worry about which inspirations come to a fruitful outcome, it is just the way I think and probably keeps me youthful. Lately I have wished to be a fabric designer and almost everything I see , from nature to an old movie , pops into my head as a future fabric design.

The book will be released in October but can be pre-ordered from Amazon with a pre-order discount. It bothers me that the real cover is not on the phDsc01532oto with A mazon. I have not actually seen the real cover. I have come to a point in my life and experience, that I realize, complete control is out of the question. Associate yourself and your work with quality people, and all usually has a lovely outcome.
